Circular protein innovation starts with what already exists
Empro transforms poultry side streams that are no longer intended for human consumption into high-quality protein ingredients. By unlocking more nutritional and functional value from every raw material, we reduce waste and create new applications for animal nutrition, agriculture and renewable materials.
About one third of a chicken does not enter the human food chain.
Feathers, skin, organs and other protein-rich components contain valuable natural building blocks. Instead of treating these side streams as waste or limiting them to low-value applications, Empro uses dedicated technologies to transform them into digestible proteins, functional ingredients and new raw materials.
