How we produce, smarter and greener

Explore how heat recovery, energy reuse, process optimization and renewable energy contribute to a more efficient and responsible production process.

Protein valorization is an energy-intensive process: heating, hydrolysis, separation and drying all require steam and electricity. That is exactly why efficiency is where our sustainability gains are largest.

Heat recovery and energy reuse

Residual heat from our processes is captured and reused elsewhere on site, so the same energy does the work twice. Continuous measurement of every process step tells us where energy is lost and where an adjustment pays off.

Renewable energy on site

Our own wind turbine and on-site renewable generation cover part of our electricity demand, reducing the footprint of every kilogram of protein we produce.

Optimization never stops

Process optimization is part of daily operations, not a one-off project. Small improvements in drying curves, separation efficiency or steam management add up to a measurably lower impact per tonne of finished ingredient.
