Update on infrastructure works

In December, we started the first phase of the planned infrastructure works at our site in Dendermonde.

Just before the Christmas holidays, the concrete works were carried out for the new refrigerated intake hall for our meat line.

The new intake hall will allow us to further optimise the supply of raw materials for the meat line.

What this means in practice

• More hygienic operations
• Consistent and high product quality
• Less impact on the environment, including a new unloading system for trucks that further reduces the risk of odour nuisance
• More efficient organisation of raw material flows

The meat line processes chicken meat by-products into high-quality products. With this investment, we are strengthening our operational operations and our ambition to produce sustainably and with a focus on the future.

The new intake hall will cover approximately 400 m² and is part of a broader series of planned infrastructure investments on the site.

The new hall is expected to be operational by the summer of 2026. In a next phase, the renovation of the water treatment building is also planned.

Importantly: production continues as normal. This is a new building, separate from the existing installations. More updates will follow as the work progresses.
